Neil Huffman Acura came recommended to me by the person who services my car. I had very specific criteria for the used vehicle I was looking for, and they were able to get exactly what I needed. They were very patient, easy to communicate with, and gave me excellent advice. Used car buying makes me nervous, but they made it me very comfortable with the whole process. in the last week This was my first experience dealing with Neil Huffman Acura.I emailed about a used car on Saturday night and got a prompt reply and a call the following day on Sunday,the dealership was acutely closed but my salesman Matt Gandy went out of his way on his off day to get back with me and to confirm that the vehicle was still available.Went in the following morning and Matt took excellent care of me answering all my questions and needs.I purchased the car the same day.Iam very pleased! A great car at a great price.And like they claimed on there website the condition of the car was truly excellent with a "clean" car fax.I had been looking for a while and was struggling to find such a vehicle.The entire buying process was very "hassle" free,streamlined,and transparent.No pressure or "slick sales gimmicks".I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone if they are in the market for a new or used car.I my self would gladly purchase another car from them if need be with out hesitation.Like the commercial says;"They way a car buying should be" Thanks Steve

Refreshing and transparent car buying experience. The used vehicle that I purchased was exactly as described. The only thing my salesman forgot to mention was that it included two years of free maintenance - nice surprise when I got there. Highly recommend!!
