Great buying experience, no pressure, reasonable negotiation

Huffman Acura provided a pressure free sales experience. Ashley Sims was patient and answered all of my questions and alleviated my concerns. We communicated for 3 days and she made me feel like she would do whatever was necessary to make certain I understand all of the details of the vehicle and the terms of sale - and the price. John Jones also assisted me during the delivery of my vehicle, even though he had no part in the sale. It was a great example of how this dealerships culture is customer centric. I would gladly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a luxury vehicle.

Damaged my car

Always have problems with this dealer. This time it was worst. They damaged my car and not trying to fix the issue. Thinking about filing a complaint with the Acura and BBB. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS. Go some where else.

No Nonsense Approach to Buying

First impression is important and Matt Gandy at Neil Huffman Acura touched all the bases from the initial inquiry, negotiation, signing, through delivery. To be truthful, I expected a little bit more 'push' during the negotiation but 'quiet professionalism' was the order of the day. This is my first lease after many years of buying/owning. The Acura terms were best among the comparable vehicles I researched; better than purchasing and the buyout at the end of lease was less than I expected for a luxury vehicle. I may fall in love with the vehicle and keep it for as long as I've owned others. The staff at this dealership gets a 5-Star rating because I went into the dealership indecisive about a vehicle choice and left feeling good about the buying process, the offer I accepted, and the RDX my spouse drove off the lot.
