Neil Huffman Acura

We bought a car from Neil Huffman Accura at Oxmoor. They failed to disclose that the vehicle had been involved in 2 accidents with airbags deployed. They claimed the car had "clean carfax," since neither accident had appeared at that time in Carfax. They were able to sell us the car before Carfax caught up to the history. Acura at Oxmoor bought the vehicle at auction - these issues are typically known at the time of the auction. Furthermore, Acura completed their "Pre-delivery inspection" and "Maintenance inspection" before selling us the car. Two accidents should have been obvious during these "professional" inspections. They either knew and didn't say anything, or their so-called "inspections" are worthless. Acura at Oxmoor charged us full price for the car and never mentioned the accidents. **BUYER BEWARE**

Joey Gumer was great working with in purchasing a used Lexus; knowledgeable, professional and was available just about anytime even on his off day. I was located seventy-five miles from the dealership and he forwarded a walk around video on his phone and forwarded it to me. The vehicle was exactly the way he described it. It was a beautiful vehicle at a fairprice. I would highly recommend Neil Huffman Acura if you are in the market for a vehicle.
