Poor Professionalism

We bought a used van from this dealership and did not have a good experience. We had negotiated a new middle console and a bumper bracket fix (along with a full tank of gas) into our purchase. And as I was signing paperwork, the salesman told me they had a recall that needed to be fixed as well, so they couldn’t release the car to me for legal purposes but I would have the car delivered to my home in 3 business days (4 days worst case scenario). To shorten the story, because they waited entire days between individual repairs, it took 8 days to get me the vehicle I purchased, a used console was installed (rather than a new console as was quoted), and they didn’t do much to keep me in the loop. Disappointed.

Highly recommend working with Ashley Simms. She's extremely professional. She was very knowledgeable, efficient, honest and an overall pleasure to work with. Made the entire process easy and painless. Have received great service from NHA over the last several years as we are an Acura family. Acura makes a great product but so do others. We keep coming back because the staff here sets them apart from their competition. I would send anyone I know to work with them.

Great Experience
