2015 Equinox 22,500 Mile Service

I brought my car in at the appointed time. It was taken right away. I was promised the service would take about an hour, and it did!!!!! Shane was my Service Rep.

Great Experience!

We didn't plan on returning to Bachman Chevrolet 11 months after buying our 2016 Traverse, but thanks to a deer that decided to take a ride on my wife's fender, we had no choice. Devin Davis did an outstanding job...again! He is an outstanding young man and genuinely cares for his clients. The experience at Bachman was superb from the time we walked in until the time we walked out of the F&I office. I have no plans to ever buy a vehicle anywhere else.

Fun & Enjoyable experience

This is our second visit to Bachman Chevrolet. Our first purchase was such a nice experience and huge value we wanted to return. We consider our salesperson a friend and we love spending time with him. Our salesperson's name is Mike Davenport.He is fun to be around and kind of seems like family. We travel 5 hours from our home to buy from Bachman and will continue to do so.

Loyal, patient, and supportive

Bachman Chevrolet's team has been loyal, patient, and supportive of me, as I took years to commit to my second car purchase from them. In particular, Chevy Dude, never blew me off as I continued to shop and not buy, while Susan Whelan, Tony Remfry, and Terry Thomas made sure that the service experience was so above par, that I kept returning to their Chevy store, when I would view new models. Doug 'Bone Daddy' Bowman was one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. He exemplifies what a customer looks for when purchasing a new vehicle. New Camaro

I'm a repeat customer with sales rep Sam Roberson. The experience with Sam and the whole Bachman Chevrolet team is nothing less than World Class. from the moment I began the call process, which was zero pressure at any point, to the moment I walked in the door, I was treated like I belong to the Bachman family. I was impressed with Sam's patience through my decision making process and appreciated all of the options he gave me to help me along the way. Once the purchase was complete, I was blown away with the tv screen acknowledgement when my picture next to the new car was shown, as EVERYONE in the dealership clapped and whistled in congratulations. Very classy move, Bachman Chevrolet!!
