Not happy with service department. The company sent me a coupon for a discount on my oil change. Then they would not honor it.

Found what we wanted they messaged me had us come in look

Found what we wanted they messaged me had us come in look at what we wanted test drove , I felt they was true to their words about everything we worked out everything we wasn’t in there long at all and out the door in our new ride

I was disappointed with the service, due to the fact they

I was disappointed with the service, due to the fact they should have told me what the problem was and not let me sit for 2 hours with no communication at all. I had my 75 year old mother in law with me at the time and it was hard on her to sit that long.. I have never had this issue before and I know thing last come up but communication is to key to good service..

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. I BEEN WAITING ON MY SUV TAGS FOR OVER SINCE NOV 2021 AND STILL DONT HAVE THEM I CALLED IN TODAY AND THEY TOLD ME SINCE I HAD UK PLATES THEY COULDN'T TAG IT LIKE I TOLD HER I NEVER ASKED TO KEEP MY OLD PLATES AND I WAS OK WELL NOW THEY AINT GOING TO TAG IT THIS IS STUPID I ALSO HAVE A RECEIPT SHOWING WHERE I BOUGHT STUFF FOR THE TAHEO AND THEY NEVER GAVE ME MY ITEMS PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING OFF THESE PEOPLE. I WILL LEAVE MY REVIEW ON YELP AND EVERY OTHER PAGE I CAN BECAUSE THEY KEPT MY MONEY WILL NOT TAG MY VCAR I HAVE NEVER SEEN A PLACE THAT DOES TAG FOR A YEAR ON NEW CAR These are the most dishonest people you will ever meet. I been reading the reviews and yes they do rush you in and out of the finance office as fast as you can you never even really get to see your paper work. I advice all people to look at what they are signing with these people... They are crooks. Biggest CROOKS I HAVE EVER MET!!!! I WILL UPDATE ON HERE SOON. This dealership is an expert in bait and switch techniques... They are experts in telling lies and covering for each other, when they get caught!
