Had the parts replaced no problem but they didn’t replace the cover on and it was supposed to be screwed down and wasn’t.

Great no complaints complimentary water and snack pretzels would be great. The car wash could do a little better. Every time my vehicle has been washed there is still bugs and dirt on the front.

The repair seemed a bit more expensive from what I've found other owners of the same vehicle have paid by a few hundred dollars. There was extended wait period on parts as well by 2 weeks but the customer service experience was Good.
