Quick and easy online scheduling. When I got there very quick and friendly service. My car was even washed which was a nice surprise. Definitely would recommend.

I am very disappointed with the experience I had this time with the service. I am not sure I can trust them with my vehicle. If not for my experience in electronics I would not have caught their error. If I had not caught it they would have made an unnecessary repair that would have cost me an extra $400.00. I don't mind paying for honest services rendered but have to have trust in those I pay. Wish I could tell who's to blame if it were just the technician I would be more comfortable with trusting the dealership. I got results by escalating my complaint myself. I asked the ladies in that handle collecting for your bill to contact the next level of management which they did promptly and got the problem resolved. I still have a trust issue with the technician and the service manager that seemed to assume I was an ignorant old man and that the technician was correct. I am greatly disappointed because I wanted a dealership I could trust. A dealership where I would want to buy my next new truck from. A dealership where I can go to get my truck serviced and trust it is being done correctly. They fixed the error but can the fix the broken trust.

I went to test drive and buy a car on a Thursday, but...
I went to test drive and buy a car on a Thursday, but wanted to sit on it for a day or two and really think it over, make sure I loved it. I was planning on going back Saturday to buy, but our salesman never reached out, when I emailed him he didn't respond, and when I called he was 100% not into the conversation. I did ask for a cheaper price, but if he would have just talked with us, we would have been fine to pay what he was asking, but he was not friendly, nor reached out since. I am not sure what sales person does not want to sell a car, but he was definitely not going to sell to my husband and I and I am almost positive it is because I look young and he did not think we were serious. I was tempted to go back and purchase from a different sales person, but now the car is $1000 MORE than it was before?? Advice, no matter the age, sex, race, etc. you should treat every Customer with great service.

Dealership got me right in for service they had coffee and water to drink while waiting. Waiting room and restrooms were very clean car was done by promised time

Came in for new Trailblazer. Justin didn't try to pressure me into anything or be overbearing and made it a pleasant experience for both my wife and I. I also believe the guy's name was Alex Trujillo he was great with explaining everything we signed and the ins and outs of the warranty and different ways I can pay my loan very informative.
