Took my 2014 Venza in to be checked out cause it seemed

Took my 2014 Venza in to be checked out cause it seemed to be burning oil. Also had a recall that needed to be done. They told me the diagnostic would be $169. If they had to do a repair it would be used toward repair. Long story short they claimed I needed a new engine at a cost of $9,903.36. I said not to do it but when I picked it up I was charged $169 plus a $50 misc fee. They couldn't tell me what it was for. Sounds like a way to make extra money off customers. Also afterwards I researched my vehicle and evidently when mileage gets over 100k it is common so just check oil level on regular basis. They could have told me that and not scare me by saying I need a new engine. I would never take a vehicle there again or purchase from them.

They lie about the discounts and leave you hanging if u

They lie about the discounts and leave you hanging if u go against anything they say. I wondered why they even have such a high rating while their customer service is terrible!! Never going there again. The manager of whom i don’t remember the name, such an arrogant man!

Keith in the service department is awesome he's a super

Keith in the service department is awesome he's a super nice guy and will have you smiling the entire time you're with him. And Erin in the rental department is super kind, she keeps the conversation going and is very professional. Keep people like them around. 🫶🏼

They were wonderful.

They were wonderful. They gave me a reasonable price and I went out and bought the care the next day.. The sales person told me all about the features and how they work. Ryan was very helpful.. I was so happy that they stuck to the original price and I did not have to haggle about a price. I am very happy with the whole process and I love the car.

Not forthright with the transaction.

Not forthright with the transaction. They said the car had features that it does not have. Only discovered after taking vehicle. They said they would make it right but did not. Not a reputible dealership.

Ask for Greg from Kerry Toyota in Florence, he was fantastic. We had a few other cars we were going to go see but he got us a great deal and we truly just wanted to give him our business because he was that great. Car buying sucks but Greg made it fun!

Ryan and Dave were not forthright in the transaction.

Ryan and Dave were not forthright in the transaction. Elvis promised he would make it right and did not do so. Never got back to me. From GM down this is not an honest dealership. Never again.
