I am having a few issues since I bought so I'm on the fence. The engine light has come in in less 3 weeks so issues.

A horrible experience
Getting someone to wait on you is like pulling teeth. On two different visits, it took at least 10 minutes for someone to wait on us. After test driving a car for the second time, we had questions about the warranty they offered. After sitting in the dealership for a while, we handed the keys to a passing salesman and walked out the door. If you want to sell cars, you have to at least try. There is a difference between not being pushy and being totally uninvolved.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
First off, we spent 7 hours in the dealer trying to make a lease agreement. We were told we were approved everything was good, got us set up on a lease agreement signed the paperwork to only be told 3 weeks later that we actually were not approved and that we had to either figure it out or give the car back, we asked why all of a sudden we were not approved an no one knew why. They kept telling us to call TFS and get that information, call TFS and they tell us that we have great credit factors and everything looks good on their end, call Watermark back and they tell us its completely 100% TFS who is not approving us. Watermark did not want to help us, basically just said we were approved and then turned around and said Ha just joking! As we are trying to figure out why, the salesperson calls me and starts yelling at me, being completely rude, saying he tried to help me but he cant and we now need to bring the car back! Talked to customer relations and she completely disregarded anything we had to say, the finance manager would not call us back and the general manager ignored us also!! I will NEVER EVER EVER buy another car from there, I will never recommend someone to buy a car from there. I would buy from a JUNK yard before I bought a car from Watermark Toyota or from anyone that is associated with that company!!!
