Great Service!!

My last service visit at Crown Kia went extremely well, and just wanted to share my experience. Service Advisor Alex Greenland was very helpful and polite. He and his staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The repairs were performed right the first time and at a fair price. I will be coming back for my service needs and would recommend Crown Kia to anyone who owns a Kia! Thanks guys!!

Purchase of a 2011 Loredo Grand Cherakee

I visited a dealer just to look at the new Cherakee when I noticed a 2011 Grand Cherakee. I found the dealer very helpful in explaning the features. I took it for a test drive and found it to be an excellent ride. The dealer worked with me on the financing and found what I consiidered to be an excellent rate. The dealer handled the trade of my two vehicles. The process was very simple. After the sale the dealer has continued to answer my questions and assist with under standing the features of the vehicle.

Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011

I visited Crown Jeep to look at new Cherokee. I also looked at a used 2011 Grand Cherokee and test drove it. Chris Fusco explained the features of that particilar model and other questions I had. He went out of his way to check out the possibility of adding a naviagtion set up. I was very pleased with the assistance he gave in handling my two trade ins. When it came to financing the purchase, Crown was able to get me an excellent rate. Overall I was pleased with the entire process.

Wonderful experience with Michael at Crown Kia Dub

Mike was awesome to work with. My husband and I are very practical people; we don't like shopping for cars and Mike made it quick and easy. We like to work with the facts and Mike supplied them. He was respectful, informative, and discussed the pros and cons of other manufacturers. He didn't pressure us and we appreciated this. Mike was enjoyable and he provided us with an easy, wonderful buying experience. I give him 5 stars!

Crown Fiat All The Way!!

I had the most pleasurable experience here. The service advisor Glenn Stepter had my car in the shop in less than 5 minutes and my oil change/tire rotation was done in less than 30 minutes. While I waited, I had a cup of coffee browsed the showroom. I wish I had purchased my Fiat from here.

Multi Soul Purchaser!!

Highly recommended

I have a new Town and Country and the engine light came on. No one ever has time to deal with a car repair, but Dustin Litteral got us in and out with a very easy fix. Very painless.
