Car Repair
Recently brought one of my cars in for some repairs and winterization. Damon Clark assisted me and was very professional and personable. He called and gave me my estimate taking the time to explain the need for each repair. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will be a repeat customer both in car maintenance and when I need to repurchase.

Experience at Crown
Hands down an easy experience to find the exact care we wanted. Dan Pierce was responsive to an initial inquiry off of Consumer Reports regarding our interest in a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Even though they did not have the exact car he found what we wanted, had it on the lot by the next day. He met our pricing and was very professional and timely in getting us what we wanted. Great experience!

Very Professional Service!
Crown Fiat is a very professional business. Glenn Stepter was very helpful and attentive. He explained the work they did on my Fiat and even gave me a courtesy car wash. I am very pleased with my experience and plan on returning here for service even though I purchased my Fiat elsewhere.

Jeep Service Experience
I have used Crown Jeep for service on three Jeep vehicles since 2004 and have always been satisfied with the level of customer service I receive and the quality of workmanship. I most recently worked with Kevin Kelly in the Service Department for a simple oil and filter change. Scheduling online was very convenient, I received a call to remind me of my appointment, and when I arrived Kevin handled getting my Jeep into to service and back to me quickly and professionally. Crown has performed more complex repairs over the years, and each time I have felt confident it was done correctly. I really couldn't be more satisfied.
