AWESOME SERVICE - CALL TY RAMSEY

Great service. Have taken my '07 Jeep into Crown since orig purchase. Ty has taken great care of me - I always leave with a smile on my face;). Quickly addresses any issues and ensures that maint is completed.

I bought this car at this dealership because of the great service I have always received by Crown Chrysler service manager Ty Ransey, in the past with my 2 Sebrings. He is the reason that I did not buy a new Lincoln MKZ.

Car Repair

Recently brought one of my cars in for some repairs and winterization. Damon Clark assisted me and was very professional and personable. He called and gave me my estimate taking the time to explain the need for each repair. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will be a repeat customer both in car maintenance and when I need to repurchase.

Crown Fiat All The Way!!

I had the most pleasurable experience here. The service advisor Glenn Stepter had my car in the shop in less than 5 minutes and my oil change/tire rotation was done in less than 30 minutes. While I waited, I had a cup of coffee browsed the showroom. I wish I had purchased my Fiat from here.

Wonderful experience with Michael at Crown Kia Dub

Mike was awesome to work with. My husband and I are very practical people; we don't like shopping for cars and Mike made it quick and easy. We like to work with the facts and Mike supplied them. He was respectful, informative, and discussed the pros and cons of other manufacturers. He didn't pressure us and we appreciated this. Mike was enjoyable and he provided us with an easy, wonderful buying experience. I give him 5 stars!

Multi Soul Purchaser!!

Highly recommended

I have a new Town and Country and the engine light came on. No one ever has time to deal with a car repair, but Dustin Litteral got us in and out with a very easy fix. Very painless.
