I was very impressed with this dealership. Very friendly, professional and interested in helping you find the best car! I purchased a Lexus RC 350 F Sport and Jimmy was very helpful through the entire process. He even took the time to tell me a little bit about Lexus and why it is a great brand. Let’s talk about the Service Dept at Lexus of Dublin…. First of all I’ve got the best service advisor Cassie she already is on the same page as me whenever I come in. Everyone there has always treated me really good and I know I can recommend this place to anyone with a Lexus or whatever you might need! They really do go above and beyond and that’s all we can ask for today when getting our car serviced. Not walk into well it looks like your going to need this ASAP and this part usually gets fixed when you fix that and you should think about this???? You went for an oil change and they make it seem you’re not going to get home. THAT DOESNT HAPPEN HERE’ they service your car and if you just fallow what they set up for you, you’ll never hear anything like that here! Took my Lexus 350 in for its first service this week. Outstanding customer service and care for my car. They got me in and out quickly and also explained what services were provided. It’s also a nice touch to have such a nice waiting area with refreshments. So happy with Germain Lexus of Dublin!

We recently purchased a used, near-mint Lexus 430SC, and the transaction went very well. However, within two days, I noticed an issue with the brakes that needed immediate attention. Working with Andy Butler, Pre-Owned Manager, he responded quickly by providing us with a courtesy loaner that they trailered 110 miles to our lake home, and picked up the car for repair. The Lexus of Dublin service team replaced what was a very expensive part - at no cost to us - and delivered the vehicle back to us in very little time. Andy and team went above and beyond in addressing the issue, and did so always with a smile. We can't say enough good about the experience we've had. As such, I highly recommend this dealership for anyone's vehicle needs, whether they be for new or used transportation. Very well done, Andy and team, and thank you!
