Service department is a complete disappointment.

Service department is a complete disappointment. I have been taking my 2013 FJ there since I purchased it. They are never on time and it’s always 2 to 3 hours. I tolerated this until my last experience. 3.5 hours waiting and they could not complete the service because they did not have parts. They said they worked order them and contact me. It’s been over a month and I have yet to be contacted. I reached and they stated someone would get back to me. Never happened. I would avoid this dealership. Not worth the hassle and the service department is the a joke.

I purchased my 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid from Tansky and I

I purchased my 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid from Tansky and I have continued to go there for maintenance and tires. I continue to be happy with the service. Matt Bollinger was my service advisor yesterday. He was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and patient :) Moving forward, I plan to always ask for Matt! He is a great asset to Tansky!!!

The service process its very organized and the staff are professional and knowledgeable. A special call-out to Matt Bollinger. He has been my service manager on several visits. Matt does an outstanding job. He has excellent customer service skills, is very personable, and knowledgeable.

I spoke to a representative, I was ready to drive 3 hours

I spoke to a representative, I was ready to drive 3 hours from Indianapolis to purchase the vehicle. I called before leaving and was told someone else had put $$ down so my car was no longer available… if I knew I needed to put $$ down, I would have… glad I called before I drove 3 hours. :-(

Absolutely excellent new car buying experience.

Absolutely excellent new car buying experience. My salesperson was Kirby ai can’t say enough good things about him. He got almost everything completed before I got there, so I could trade my car in, and drive my new car home quickly.
