Last minute service
Came in to have my lock and remote key repaired. They ran up $600 of diagnostic and didn’t repair. Total sham! I had to tell them they never quoted me the extra costs for additional diagnostics

This was my regular Toyota Care maintenance
My regular maintenance took less than 45 minutes. I appreciate the pleasant waiting-room and the fact that they are always on schedule. Nice folks and a chocolate bar to boot!

Servicing of my Toyota
I do routine visits@toyota to service my car, the managers are great ,at the service dept, very professional. The staffs are professional and the environment is comfortable to wait while your repairs are ongoing. Great good job 👌to "Red" at the service dept@sawmill road . He did great job in following through with the service of my Toyota corolla yesterday. I am grateful Keep up the great customer service .

Oil Change service
Had appt for oil change but an additional fuel system service was overdue and added to work order. Everything was done in about the same time as the oil change would have taken. Customer service rep was friendly and very helpful and worked to see that my car was done quickly as I had a later appt elsewhere.

150,000 mile service
Quality work, professional staff, I highly recommend them. I wish management would not require staff to up-sell unnecessary maintenance. e.g. injector cleaning, it is not in the maintenance manual and the engine has no symptoms. I have bought several cars from Tanskys and have used their service for over 20 years. So, I'll still come back.
