Called ahead to try to m set an appointment and confirm the vehicle I was looking for was available, someone asked my name, just can think he didn’t like my accent and me being Latino, this guy answered from the sales department and told me on the phone “no, not test driving any vehicle tonight, Just get here, fill the credit application and once you get approved and has signed the paperwork, you’ll be able to drive the vehicle”, I explained him that I’m comparing his brand with another competitor since I’m not even know that much about their product, this dude not even offered us to test drive at least a used version of the vehicle, rude as xxxx and not even asked anything about me or why I wanted to test drive the car. I’m not a tire kicker kid, I’m 43 years old and was willing to drive 45 minutes after a long day at work to do business with dealership. Honestly, I can’t believe they have this kind of people handling their phone calls and treating possible customers like they did to me and my wife tonight. Thanks to him, we ended up at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet on West Broad Street in Columbus.

It was a comfortable and easy experience. The service department was efficient and did a great job taking off the maintenance of my vehicle. The new car buying experience was also pleasant also as far as pricing, trade in , and patience in letting us drive vehicles, showing us how to use features. No high pressure to buy or what vehicle to purchase.

Terrible, horrible, go anywhere else
Run, don’t walk away from this place. They sold us a hunk of junk that broke down 3 times in the month after we bought it, causing more bills than the truck was worth. We paid probably 3x more than it was worth and they were nothing but rude. I will never buy from them again and I will tell everyone I know not to. I would not risk thousands of dollars on their junk. Don’t know how they expect staying in business if they give people junk and treat them horribly.
