Customer feedback, service and buying

It was a comfortable and easy experience. The service department was efficient and did a great job taking off the maintenance of my vehicle. The new car buying experience was also pleasant also as far as pricing, trade in , and patience in letting us drive vehicles, showing us how to use features. No high pressure to buy or what vehicle to purchase.

Terrible, horrible, go anywhere else

Run, don’t walk away from this place. They sold us a hunk of junk that broke down 3 times in the month after we bought it, causing more bills than the truck was worth. We paid probably 3x more than it was worth and they were nothing but rude. I will never buy from them again and I will tell everyone I know not to. I would not risk thousands of dollars on their junk. Don’t know how they expect staying in business if they give people junk and treat them horribly.

There have been so many reports for the last six months

There have been so many reports for the last six months about low inventory and chips not being available that we had big doubts about leasing a new car this Spring. Our ever-ready salesman Mark Gibson not only got us the car we wanted but found one fully loaded with all features we needed and wanted!! The ease of the deal put the cherry on top!
