Used Cruze

It's been 30 years since buying from a dealer and having to finance an auto. I forgot how much fun it is... Bought a used 2015 Cruze diesel. I do like this car! After the first week ck engine light showed up. Pulled out the code reader and it was a emissions sensor that failed. Lucky for me it is covered by a special extended factory warranty. Dealer confirmed my findings and ordered replacement. Was given a loaner to drive until new part arrived the next day and was replaced.

Joke of a dealership

Offered $1500 less for trade in than two other dealerships in the area. Told them this and the salesman literally said "well we do what we can do. We're not carmax." If your not interested in selling cars and at least trying to negotiate prices for customers... Then please choose another profession. Dealership is a total joke and waste of time. Glad we drove from Hilliard to check this place out.... NOT.

1st Car for my daughter!!

Me and my husband had been looking for a nice used Sonic for a couple months now for our teenage daughter and he stumbled upon Lash Chevrolet who had a beautiful cherry red Sonic with low miles. I emailed their sales dept. and Tyson a sales rep responded. We communicated for several days via email. We are about a 2 hr drive away, but we were able to finally make the drive up. The car buying process went smooth with no hassles. It was a very pleasant experience. Thanks Tyson! Go see him!! Thank You Lash Chevrolet!!

Dishonest and impossible to work with

My husband and I bought a truck from out of state. We had it shipped to us via a private transport company. Once we took delivery of the truck, the truck had 1,289 more miles on it than the contract we signed. Upon notification to Lash, the General Sales Manager (GM) was very rude and at first blamed the transport company, then offering us $100, which to us took ownership of wrong doing. We declined stating that we wanted at least $600 due to the government per diem mileage reimbursement. We were laughed at and told by the GM that he would not give us that amount of money. My husband asked for a set of tow mirrors, we were declined. We asked for running boards, we were declined. The GM had called us back telling us that he would give us $200. We declined. Once we were able to speak to the Owner, Eric Lash, he refused to deal with the situation and put it back on the GM. This entire situation could have easily been resolved if the Lash Chevrolet would have owned up to the wrong doing and have dealt with it in a mature way. When we told the GM that we would report this situation to the BBB, Google Reviews, and the Attorney General's office, he said that he didn't care, "Go ahead and do it." This whole situation could have been avoided if the sales associate would have gotten off his lazy chair to go out and check the physical mileage on the truck when the purchase paperwork was being written up, or that Lash Chevrolet would not permit their employees to drive "for sale" vehicles as daily drivers to put on additional miles on vehicles that are to be purchased by "us" the consumer. We are disgusted on how we were treated when Lash Chevrolet was in breach of contract. I never suggest for anyone to do business with such a dishonest company. We are also in communication with Chevrolet Corporate to notify them of this disheartening situation.

Excellent Responsiveness

This dealer responded very quickly with the information I was seeking. Even though I ended up not making a purchase there, they did all the right things to make the sale--the vehicle just ended up not being what I needed. Thanks!
