Easy Peasy

Experience could not have been better. Our sales person, Bill Seibert, made it so easy to buy our new CRV. This was our fourth CRV we have purchased at this dealership. This time we purchased through the Costco program and everyone was very helpful and it took no effort on our part. The hardest aspect of our purchase was picking the color of our vehicle. When we picked up the car, Bill spent a considerable amount of time explaining all the new features of the car to us and made it clear that if we had questions on anything, to let him know or come in and he would go over things with us again. In addition, Karen Matthews, the Business Manager, was so friendly and helpful in getting all our paperwork done. We have had the car for a week now and really love all the new features! I would highly recommend Roush Honda. P.S. Service Department is stellar too.

Great dealership

This is the second car I’ve purchased from Roush Honda. Their staff and service are second to none! My salesperson, Brian Rolle, was knowledgeable and very personable. I highly recommend Roush to anyone looking for a Honda!

Wonderful new car buying experience.

Jan was able to get us the Odyssey we wanted at a price that other dealers couldn’t beat. She wasn’t pushy and was very knowledgeable. We love our new Odyssey.

Best car buying experience ever

Buying a new car has never been one of my favorite things to do. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Roush Honda while shopping for a CRV. Jan went over the features prior to the test drive and answered all of my questions about the car. She was not pushy at all and very straightforward. I was able to work with her to get what I wanted for my trade in and got a good deal on the CRV. The best part is that it only took a few hours of my time. Karen was great also. Not pushy at all and she was able to work with the lender that I selected prior to shopping for cars. Got through all of the paperwork quickly.

One class act for a Honda

We were new to both Honda and minivans. Always previously a SUV family. After looking at ratings and reliability from Consumer Reports, we went looking at Toyota Sienna, Honda Odyssey and the Chrysler Pacifica in addition to SUV's. For our large family (3 younger kids in sports) and creature comforts along with total cost of ownership, we quickly settled on the Honda Odyssey. Our salesman Steve Tarbutton was very patient with us during the few days we were looking and deciding. Their finance guy Seth Kaber was also great and got us a fantastic finance and warranty package. The Roush team bent over backwards to serve our needs even entertaining our children as we were looking at all of the options. No high pressure as found in other dealerships and very fair pricing (we compared to other dealers both in the area and out of state). For the first time buying a car, we felt truly satisfied even 10 days after our purchase! Come to find out the dealership is employee owned and they have different driving factors to please their customers. Well done Roush! We will be back again.

more relaxing experience than normal car shopping

Everyone was very friendly,helpful. Our sales rep was JanlyWilkins, very knowledgeable and great to work with. No pressure sales and plenty of time to make decisions

Flawless from start to finish!

My wife and I recently purchased a new pilot from Otis and It was an awesome experience! He helped us out and made our dream of owning something brand new possible! Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Car Repair

Took my 2004 Civic in for issue I was having with car and Roush Honda couldn’t get car to recreate issue I was having. Had to return a few days later with same issue. Zack Stevenson stepped in and I was blown away by his dedication and determination to find out what was going on with my car. They again had same issue with trying to get the car to duplicate the problem I was having. Zack never gave up and went over and beyond to find the problem. They finally got car to recreate the problem I was having and pinpointed the issue and got it fixed in no time. I was completely amazed by Zack’s determination and professionalism to fix my car even with it being an older model. It’s so hard these days finding good customers service and Zack made my wife and I very happy and satisfied. This kind of service will make us come back to purchase another Honda from Roush Honda knowing will be in good hands.
