Roush Honda

After unsuccessfully working with other car dealerships in Columbus, I went to Roush hoping to buy a car. I worked with Mike Brady and he was absolutely lovely. Mike was kind and patient and really made sure I felt comfortable with the car I was purchasing. I never felt rushed, or that I was taking up too much time and ended up with the car I wanted. I also worked with Kyln for the finance part and he was a dream- extremely warm and kind! I would absolutely reccomend Roush and would use them again for my furture needs.

Alecks was amazing. I was in an accident and my vehicle was totaled. I was not looking forward to purchasing a new vehicle but Alecks made the process smooth and simple.

Roush Honda is Fantastic. The best car buying and service experience in central Ohio. Very competitive pricing and outstanding customer focus. I have been a brand loyalist and have owned many Hondas. After I purchased my first car from Lee Cohen 614-588-4960 at Roush I refuse to go to any other dealer. New car sales team is very knowledgeable of the vehicle lineup and Lee is exceptionally good. Since I purchased my first car from him, I have referred many friends and family to Roush who had as good of a car buying experience as I have. Service team is outstanding also. Call out to Joe Stanwik (Service Advisor). Love how they use the new tech to check in for service appointments and good communication and feedback. I also got to say if a human error ever happens during servicing process Roush team more than makes up for it. When you are at the dealership don’t be surprised if the GM drops in to chat with you. All new car dealers should use Roush Honda customer service play book. ** Update 7/2/23 purchased my 3rd Honda from Roush. Amazing experience as always and a great deal.
