I brought my car in for my first service appointment, an oil change. I waited there for the service to be completed. I was told it would take about an hour and 15 minutes and that was right on the button. The only negative comment I would make is that the waiting area is way past due to have the carpets cleaned.

The service department was very busy. I came in to get a new tire, had a screw in the sidewall. It was complete in a little more than an hour, I did not expect that.

The person who assisted me was friendly, professional, and up front about costs. The work to my car was completed sooner than expected and for less than I was quoted at another location. Very pleased with my service here.

The sales & service staff are awesome, They are friendly & professional. My car was serviced in quick time & I almost always get a nice car wash before I leave.

Hugh White Honda does a great job with service. From the minute that they greet you, they take good care of my car & me. Mike gave me a estimate of cost and time -- both were accurate! He even helped me connect the blue tooth on my car to my phone. He was very helpful, friendly and professional.

The staff was very friendly accurate on getting car into shop had water and coffee in waiting area restroom was very clean overall pleasant visit.

Completed only the work I requested. Advised of future service needs during my next service visit.

We scheduled an oil change. Came in got it done quickly. No problems. Waited outside until it was ready. Very good service again for us.

Car dealerships look different when there’s no new cars on the lot. But, let me assure you that my service department is ready for anything service related. Fine job Huge White Honda.
