This was the best car buying experience ever. Great...

This was the best car buying experience ever. Great dealer. Ask to deal with David Migliore. He is wonderful! We love our 2013 BNW X3. We have 5000 miles on the car within 60 days.

This is my 3rd lease experience with BMW and I continue to be so impressed and satisfied with the level of service I receive. Scott Lamp is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. He is attentive to my needs/wants in a vehicle and does a stellar job in putting me in a car that fits me to a tee! He goes out of his way to ensure that I am satisfied and he always makes me feel like I'm his #1 customer. While I'm confident anyone at Kelly BMW would give me, or any customer, this level of service...as long as Scott as there I'll keep coming back again, again, and again! Thank you Scott!!

I was very pleased with our total experience buying a new...

I was very pleased with our total experience buying a new X3 from Kelly. In particular, David Migliore was a delight to deal with. There was absolutely no pressure and David was extremely patient with my wife and me -- especially when it came to technology issues which are challenges for both of us. I would strongly recommend both the dealer and David for anyone in the market for a superior motor vehicle.

Bayerische Motoren Werke. Day 0: First day of inspection, test drive, information gathering. Went flawlessly. Mr. Zimmerman was more than accommodating when my inquisitive brain went into overdrive. Day 1: Perfectly laid back, no pressure approach to selling to the enthusiast (me). I test drove the car a second time, during the day. Again, there was absolutely no pressure on me to proceed with the deal. Day 3: Trade-in vehicle appraised, counter offer by me...new offer generated in under 10 minutes. A mutually agreeable deal was reached. I chose to go with my own financier. No problems. All points of contact at Kelly BMW were professional, courteous and calm, even when there was disagreement in opinion. <- Important. Could not be happier with my purchase. The menacing roar from this twinpower turbo'd flat-six is therapeutic!

David Migliore was great to work with and made buying my...

David Migliore was great to work with and made buying my BMW a good experience. I ordered my car, and he helped me figure out what I did, and did not want. Then he worked with me on financing and my many questions about extended warranty. When the car was delivered we spent 3 hours going though the features, and since picking up the car I've called him with all sorts of questions. David's always been responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Lady driver

I have never been able to figure out this dealership. I have owned 2 BMW's, my husband has owned one. I am in the market for an X1. Stopped this past Saturday and waited for at least 5 minutes for assistance...all the while several sales people were present (only one other customer) and they seemed busy having personal conversations with one another. Several looked at me but I guess, being a woman, they figured I was not a serious buyer. Not surprised...I was going to buy an X3 2 years ago and asked to put a deposit on a vehicle over the weekend so I could finalize my buying plans but they declined (I guess they were still in the we are doing you a favor by selling you a car mode) so I bought a car elsewhere the following weekend. Oddly, I never even received a call inquiring if I was still interested. This past Sat, the salesperson didn't even take my personal info even though I test drove a car. I will probably buy the X1 from MAG who have a similar vehicle (have bought and serviced cars there as well). I just don't get this dealership and their treatment of the female buyer. BTW--my husband has never been on a car title or loan for one of my vehicles. On a positive note, Gordon in the service dept is awesome and has never made me feel like a second class cusotmer and the used car dept is also pleasant to deal with

My wife and I are new to the Columbus area and were in the market for a BMW. Having previously purchased a new BMW out of state 1 1/2 years ago, we had high expectations of Kelly BMW. Tim Rittenhouse, our Client Advisor, was one of the best salesman we've ever dealt with. He was very personable and professional, and his relaxed approach to the sale was much appreciated. Everyone else on staff was very courteous as well while we were waiting for various things. Our new BMW was sparkling clean and ready to go when they said it would be, and Tim made the entire process go very smoothly. We will certainly be back again, and will recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a great vehicle and a great experience.

We recently purchased a 2012 X5 from Kelly BMW and worked with David Migliore. David is very friendly and extremely knowledgable and helpful. This is our 3rd BMW but the first time we have purchased from Kelly, and we will definately be back in the future. David is great and I highly recommend him. He spent a good 2 hours with us going over the car after we purchased it, and he even set up our BMW assist on our 3 series that we had purchased elsewhere. Go see David -- he's great!
