I am absolutely so, very comfortable leaving my vehicle for service at this dealership, the welcoming staff at the service department does a fantastic job and your vehicle is completed as promised! I especially appreciate the printout every time you are here for service alerting you to upcoming items, you may want to consider for your next visit I frequently work with Chris Curtis and he is always so thorough and friendly!

The service at Germain Toyota is well above my

The service at Germain Toyota is well above my expectations. I feel confident that my car is being looked after and the service is done at a level of excellence that has kept me on the road. I was recently in for my 240,000 mile check up. My car still feels like new. Amazing! Chris Curtis has been my service advisor for several years. He is honest and trustworthy. That’s what keeps me coming back to the dealership for my maintenance.

Malcolm Myers was great to work with in buying my new

Malcolm Myers was great to work with in buying my new Toyota! He made trading in my 2013 Toyota Rav4 limited for a 2025 Toyota Rav4 XLE Premium a great experience!! He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He also does his job with a smile on his face and is very personable. He was great in helping me set up everything in the vehicle before I took it home! Malcolm is a great asset to the Germain team!

We bought our first Germain Toyota (Corolla) in 1985 and subsequently have purchased over 15 various makes and models. All have been serviced by Germain. We recently completed the 65K service on our 2019 Camry and then had brakes serviced several weeks later. Michael Aronov was our service representative and kept us apprised of the service progress and cost. Cars are an investment and expensive to maintain but Germain makes sure to do it correctly and by the books every time. We’re not sure how many more cars are in our retired future but we know where we’ll be going. A special shout out to the technician who did such a thorough job on our brakes.

Colleen Floyd was my service manager that waited on me.

Colleen Floyd was my service manager that waited on me. He was very cordial and got me setup for my service work. He made sure that my vehicle was taken back and serviced by the maintenance personnel. He let me know when it would be ready, and when it was ready he got checked out and on my way. He is a one of a kind person who treated me like family. I will definitely be asking for Collin for all my service needs. Thanks Collin.
