We saw a Honda S2000 on my Fbook feed and decided to call this dealership, I was referred to Todd from sales, he told us they have one but not the one in the add on Fbook, when we went to see the car it was a silver S2000 2002 with 55K miles, we met Jon Holley, the sales manager, after two days we asked for a quote and received one, we made a reasonable offer based on the market value for cars of that year, mileage and condition and we were open to start a negotiation, we never received a call or text back, they never took the time to follow up. Terrible customer service, this seems to be a cancer that is part of the Lindsay family of dealers, we had a very bad experience at their Acura dealer across the street a few years ago (2021, we ended up buying from Lexus). The good for us is that we ended up getting an S2000 from Columbus Acura and they were great to deal with, The bad thing for Lindsay Honda is that my wife is ready to switch her 2019 Pilot Elite for one of the new ones, (we actually saw a 2024 touring on the showroom) but there is no way we will be doing business at Lindsay. As a business owner myself I'll leave this here, maybe someone at this dealership can use it, "The Golden Rule of negotiating is to treat others the way you would like to be treated, This principle is based on the idea that negotiation should be a mutually beneficial process, where both parties come to an agreement that satisfy their interests". Thanks.

Very scammy.

Very scammy. Went to purchase a certified used vehicle and they would not budge at all on price, interest rate was higher than other dealers in the area, and they wanted to extend the loan period. They wouldn’t tell me the interest rate or the final price of the car, they would only tell me the monthly payment. They also would not discuss numbers over the phone, only in person. So I wasted so much time driving there twice for nothing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else instead. Also, my first review got taken down for not meeting “requirements”.

Worst customer service, I strongly believed that me and my wife was racialy profiled. We had a schedule appt on 4/6/24. Another white family came in on the same day and time as a walk-in and the sales consultant, Rachel decided to help them first, even though the mother insisted that we where there first and they can wait or get another sales consultant. I will never ever come back to this dealership or give them my business.

I cannot give Lindsay Honda a good recommendation.

I cannot give Lindsay Honda a good recommendation. Despite their representing themselves as a "Christian-based" company and embedding a "Jesus" commercial in the series of videos you are requested to watch when you buy a car there, they are not forthright and will take advantage of the customer wherever possible. I purchased a car with a trade-in. They maneuvered the situation in their favor, and I actually got nothing for my trade-in. Before my first payment came due, a warning message, "Emissions System Problem" displayed on the dash screen. When I contacted the salesman, the response was cold and not helpful. Several months after I bought the car, I hit a pothole and blew out the side of a tire. I called AAA, and when the service person arrived and pulled the donut spare out of my trunk, he announced that it was "busted." Again, the salesman was unwilling to call me back. While I have grounds to pursue this legally, because they are required to tell me about anything that is not usable, particularly if it has risk implications, the cost of doing so doesn't make sense. Be prepared. Once you drive out in your new/new to you car, you become invisible and customer service disappears. I am a senior female. Don't go to Lindsay Honda.

Everyone at Lindsay was friendly and professional.

Everyone at Lindsay was friendly and professional. I test drove a used vehicle, and I liked it except for a couple of minor issues that concerned me. My sales rep, Mikale Long, made sure that everything would be addressed. I went back a few days later for another test drive, and the issues had indeed been fixed. The price of the vehicle was very fair, and I went ahead with the purchase. Mikale and everyone at Lindsay treated me well, and I am very happy with my car.

I have not ever actually bought anything here.

I have not ever actually bought anything here. I have tried though! The Civic I was interested in had been on the lot for well over a month and I also noticed on the carfax posted that it had a "Serious Collision" reported. Not enough to total it/make a salvage title obviously or they wouldn't be able to sell it. But I was not willing to pay the price they wanted with that issue. When I brought it up they said the price reflected that already or it would have been more. Also I had the potential of 2 different trade ins and they were only wanted to give me for BOTH less that I would have even accepted for one. They are large and they don't care if you buy because someone else will. I got tired of screwing with them and bought elsewhere.

My wife and I have been waiting for a Black 11th

My wife and I have been waiting for a Black 11th generation Honda Civic Type R for a year and a half and finally the only Honda dealer in Ohio Lindsay Honda finally got a 2024 black Type R and immediately reached out to us and asked us if we still wanted it and we could not say YES fast enough 😅 Thanks to Kody and our salesman Mondale Bradley went beyond to make sure we were able to finally buy our dream car. Had it not been for these two incredible employees of Lindsay Honda we wouldn't be driving the most amazing car ever built. No haggle, no extras put on the car we did not want, and we actually got the price we wanted gor this car which many other Honda dealers are trying to get rich off these cars but not Lindsay. For being the 2nd biggest Honda dealer in America they made this purchase as painless and haggle free as possible. This is why they are selling more Type R's than anyone in Ohio. These cars are sold way before they even touch down at the dealership. I have only had the best relationship with all their departments. Their service, sales, and management teams are unmatched among all the other Honda dealers I've dealt with in my 49 years on planet earth. Thank you all for making mine and my wife's dreams about owning the best and fastest front wheel drive car ever built happen. We will only be buying all our cars from them and Mondale Bradkey will be selling us our next one too. Thank you all!!!🤩

Upon my 2018 Honda Accord stalling while driving on the highway as i am pressing the gas pedal, I took my vehicle to an mechanic and was told it was my fuel pump he proceeded to tell me there is also a recall on my vehicle so i called the service department and was told to bring it in for no charge and they will look at as they don’t have the part in but will order it once i arrived I was told that it would be a $79 charge and when i talked to the manager working he proceeded to tell me that no on has had a problem with the recall and made me real uncomfortable about dealing with them. My life means nothing to this company they just want a buck. The have no care in the world for their consumers life’s that are put in jeopardy due to a RECALL. I don’t recommend anyone do business with this company!!!

Purchased a 2019 Accord Sport here the other day and I

Purchased a 2019 Accord Sport here the other day and I reported a Saftey issue with the suspension. John Durbin sent the vehicle to be serviced over at the reconditioning Center, Long story short, they provided documentation that there was no issue. Fast forward to when I pick the vehicle up. 24 hours later it was still making noise of course because they didn’t fix the actual issue because they did not look for it. I drove the car into the service drive and talk to a service advisor named Jake. It was his last day as an advisor., he was nice enough to get in my car and go for a ride and he immediately heard the noise and he documented it on an appointment that he set for me the next morning at 7 AM. Upon arrival, I met with a service writer, named Tim Smith, super cool guy. He also requested to go for a ride with me because Jake no longer worked for the company. Tim also heard the noise when we went for the same test ride that the other guy went on with me. A little bit of time went by and Tim put me in the car with his master technician, he also heard the noise. The other two guys have already heard. 10 minutes after he pulled the car into the shop, he had photo and video evidence of what was making noise, as expected, it was a safety concern. The tie rods were bad. I suspect the used car manager told the reconditioning center to put that they did not hear any issue to prevent any funds from being paid to Fix said issue. Sidenote, The extra key fob that was provided to me, is not programmed to the vehicle, and they attempted to charge me to program them. Also, the night that I purchased the vehicle they could not provide documentation of the CVT fluid being changed, when I drained it at my shop, it only had 2 quarts of fluid in it, so it had not been reconditioned properly before the vehicle was sold to me. The car will be OK. It just needed a couple things at the end of the day. It’s about doing what’s right and John Durbin was very rude and unprofessional and hung up the phone multiple times on me. My sales rep. Rachael Williams was also uninterested in helping me resolve my issues with the new vehicle. If you were going to buy here, make sure that you exercise, caution and have your ducks in a row, I’m just thankful that I have a very strong, mechanical background. John Durbin told me it’s normal for vehicles of my year 2019 to make noise when it drives…. As a licensed ASE technician this infuriated me.
