Great Service Once Afain!

John met me at my car and answered a couple questions before I went inside the dealership. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. My 2018 Rav4 checked out perfectly after my tires were rotated and my oil changed. John encouraged me to stop in late fall to have my air filter checked as it was slightly dirty. Otherwise a perfect checkup. I’ve had consistent excellent service at Yark Toyota

Very positive experience

Despite frigid winter weather, buying a vehicle from Yark Toyota was a great experience. Kyle Gunn in sales was excellent to work with...very friendly and helpful in person, and via phone and text. A really smooth transaction.

Airbag recall

Good customer service. I missed the car wash but they did the break inspection I requested thoroughly. Very clean and comfortable waiting area with refreshments.

Great service at first glance...

My wife and I were in a tight situation, and without getting into too many details, we needed to purchase a car rather quickly. I had been working most of the week, so I used that time to gather required documents and submit them to the salesman via email. After obtaining a base approval I asked what the terms of the loan would be. The salesman stated he didn't know which wasn't a huge deal to me. I let him know what our budget was and told him that we couldn't accept anything outside of those terms. When my first day off came, my wife, children and I went to test drive the vehicle we picked out. We liked it and decided we would move forward. When the salesman came back with the terms from the bank (mere seconds after I sat down) the terms were way outside of what I stated we were looking for. He nor his financial manager showed any real interest in talking with the bank to work with changing any of the terms of the loan and I was left with the feeling that I would not be helped any further. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. He wasted so much of my time. We went elsewhere and despite our urgent need, we were treated much better with upfront, honest answers to our questions and budget needs at Dunn Chevy.

Deal I couldn?t refuse

I went to Yark to look at a used Avalon, which I test drove and talked to salesman about. I later decided to purchase a used Lexus but changed my mind after salesman Terry negotiated a very good price for a new 2018 Avalon and my trade-in. Terry was aggressive in getting my business but not obnoxious. He really hustled and earned it. Once the decision was made, I was out of the dealership in two hours with my new car. Brad was also very easy to work with re financing. Highly recommend this dealership and Terry.

Yark Toyota- First Class Sales Advisor &Dealership

I found the my sales advisor Jerry to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything about buying my new RAV4 was pleasant. I was not pressured to buying more car than I needed. and I feel I was treated well and received a fair deal. . I would recommend buying from Yark if you are looking for a new vehicle.
