2017 Ridgeline

Great,, no problems. Had oil and filter change. They updated me on future services that will need to be done and they checked tires, brakes, battery and fluids.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing a Honda Certified used

I wouldn't recommend purchasing a Honda Certified used vehicle from these people - the thoroughness of their inspection process leaves much to be desired. Our used Odyssey had a broken seat belt (how do you not catch a broken seat belt?!), and popping speakers. The seat belt was repaired at our local dealership under warranty, but Ohio Valley has refused to cover the repair the speaker according to the diagnosis of our local dealership. If they can't catch a broken seat belt in their inspection, I'm not sure what they would actually catch. Buyer beware.

Bad inspection, worse service

I wouldn't recommend purchasing a Honda Certified used vehicle from these people - the thoroughness of their inspection process leaves much to be desired. The service department is top notch, and getting an

The service department is top notch, and getting an appointment is quick and easy. Shaun is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We have always been very satisfied with the quality of work done by the service department. We also bought our 2022 Civic Sport hatchback touring at Ohio Valley Honda, working with Josh. Was a very easy buying experience with no pressure to add expensive add-on's or to purchase an extended warranty. Jim
