The Staff at Ohio Valley Honda are exceptional. They make you feel very welcome and treat you very well. They go out of there way to make the buying experience... pleasurable. And they are very knowledgeable about their product. I bought a CRV(my first Honda by the way) 3 years ago from them and they do ALL of the service on this vehicle. It is always completed when scheduled and the workmanship is "spot on" I just bought a new Accord sport. Bruce did a great job of explained all of the features of it before I left. When I buy another car, it will be a Honda and it will be from this Dealership!

The sales staff were very professional from beginning to end. I'm very pleased with my purchase, both because I love the car and the people at Ohio Valley... Honda were enjoyable to work with. They gave me a great deal on my new Honda and made sure I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the sale. I will recommend them to friends and family and will head there again for my next vehicle. An email I sent to the dealer following our most recent purchase February 2015: I wanted to let you know about the great buying experience I had at your... dealership. I brought my 2013 CRV in for service on February 16, and while waiting, decided to stroll through the showroom. There I saw Ryan Mellott who sold us the 2013 CRV and was very friendly and recalled our purchase from 18 months prior. We started talking about our families and our perceived need for a larger vehicle. Ryan proceeded to show me the 2015 Pilots and the 2016 Pilots protege. After my CRV was finished, I went home and did some of my own research on the Pilot and discussed thing with my wife. Following that, I emailed Ryan (via Porsha I believe) to begin the negotiation process. A few days later we drove off your lot with a 2015 Pilot LX. The entire experience and transaction was seamless and your staff was professional and courteous all along the way. I couldn't have asked for an easier car buying experience. I realize there wasn't as large of a profit margin for the dealer as you may have preferred, but I walked away knowing my family got a great car and we were 100% satisfied with how our trade-in was valued. That is something I can say from experience at other dealers around Wheeling and Pittsburgh is not normally the case. I will definitely spread the word about my positive car buying experience at Ohio Valley Honda especially the help from Ryan Mellott, even going as far as to mail my daughter back her Frozen CD that we left in the radio. Thank you for the way you run your dealership.

My experience with OVH was limited to phone conversations. I had planned to travel to the dealership, which is roughly 100 miles from my home, however,... the 1997 CR-V that they had for sale was sold the day before my planned trip. I will say however that the saleman was very responsive to my questions and promptly phoned back when I left a voicemail for him. Pleasent experience even though I was disappointed at not getting to purchase the vehicle
