This was a top notch experience for my wife and me.

This was a top notch experience for my wife and me. The sales person, Lissandra, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the sales process was smooth and without any difficulty. We’ll be back in a few years for our next car!

I purchased a 2024 Toyota RAV4 XSE at Classic Toyota.

I purchased a 2024 Toyota RAV4 XSE at Classic Toyota. I originally inquired online and came in and worked with Dominic Campana. Dominic was able to get me the car with the exact features and color I wanted. I had to wait a couple of months but Dominic kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. Rick in Finance was also great to work with. I didn’t feel pressured at all during the sales or financing transactions.

I had a wonderful experience at Classic Toyota.

I had a wonderful experience at Classic Toyota. I went in knowing what safety features I wanted and John Holschuh ordered the model that had them. Brian Wendl explained all the features when I picked the car up. He was knowledgeable, very patient, and personable. Rick Demore walked me through the finance process. He too was knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend Classic Toyota.

I had an issue with my Toyota Venza 2021 Bluetooth

I had an issue with my Toyota Venza 2021 Bluetooth specifically calling on my phone from Bluetooth. It was not working. I went through every YouTube and Google suggestion and work two hours trying to solve it. I was so frustrated. So I took it to the classic Toyota service department. The first service department person Told me they had just the person to fix it. 45 seconds later. Nate Babic, the customer service manager showed up with the smile and said he is going to solve this problem for me. No doubt. He got in my car and tried a lot of different methods. He was having trouble fixing it because it seemed to be a very odd occurrence. But he’s told me he wasn’t going to give up and he tried numerous programs, including connecting his phone to my car. Unbelievably and thankfully he fixed it for me. I could call anyone I wanted with the touch of the button again finally. He was the most genuinely pleasant gentleman with great professionalism and determination to help me with my problem. He was such a pleasure to work with and he truly did the job with a smile and a laugh. Great job Nate. You are a great symbol of great customer service and reason why we continue to return to classic Toyota for our auto needs. Thanks thanks thanks
