Timing is Everything!

We had an emergency with a flat tire. They were able to squeeze us in and get us a new tire in just a few hours. They exceeded our expectations with the timing!

Brought my car in to have the air conditioner checked and was pleasantly surprised that there was a recall on the condenser do the service cost me nothing

Service department rocks!

Excellent customer service! The service department is always pleasant, completes service in a timely manner and returns my car clean. At checkout, they are always thorough with letting me know about upcoming maintenance needed however, never pushy. I appreciate their knowledge and always answering my questions.

Best Car Buting Experience Ever

First rate experience from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and no pressure to buy. The financing was also pleasant which is a first for me. No pressure to buy additional services. Now that I have experienced the Honda of Mentor way I'm a customer. Detailing Done Right

We’ve taken our car to other places that advertise detailing and they’ve never really lived up to the hype. Honda was able to make both the interior and exterior “like new!” Softball and baseball dirt and sweat, Bernese Mountain Dog, spilled coffee and soft drinks, winter salt, spring mud, and Metropark debris - all were removed by the experts at Honda of Mentor. Thanks for all of your attention to “detail!”

I had a very professional, easy and efficient experience purchasing my Jeep through Honda of Mentor. The receptionist was friendly, Nick in Finance was prompt, very helpful and easy to talk to and the GM, Greg was very helpful and accommodating as well.
