Arrived early Fri morning for a oil n tire rotation! Waited in lobby for approximately 1hr!

Everyone was accommodating, and service was done in a timely manner.

Air conditioner service on Subaru Forester

This was second repair on AC. Even though warranty was expired dealer had Subaru cover cost as a goodwill gesture. Much appreciated.

Always great service and customer service!

Came in for regular oil change. Turned out it was time for 48k service which would take longer. They shuttled me and my kids to the mall and picked us up when they were done.

18,000 mile vehicle maintenance

Primary contact was first with the person scheduling my service (over the phone) then on the date of my appointment with the person writing up my service (in person) request. Both were efficient and handled my service in a prompt and courteous manner. My in person experience exceeded expectations as the person went out of her way to be certain I understood what was done and was satisfied.

Service was great they scheduled it right away. three wheel barrings replaced (very unusual) I preferred if the fourth was too just to be sure nothing happened soon after this repair. All cost covered under warranty. They also provided a rental. Great dealership.

Oil change and tire rotation

Seems like you have outgrown your waiting area. Everytime that I have been there, you seem overwhelmed with business. The staff is running, trying to get the cars out. Young girl that helped me was very nice, but I could tell didn't know much about cars. Wanted to make sure I gave her 5-starts on this rating. The next dealer is 20miles away so you are kind of stuck. This is our 3rd Subaru. We had one repaired in Columbus by Hatfield, they were excellent. I would go to them for all my repairs but are 120 miles away.
