First Subaru
I just purchased my first Subaru. I don't normally like going to car dealerships. The salesman are usually pushy and don't care what car they put you in. But my experience at Ganley was different. Karl, the salesman that helped me, was just the opposite. I was interested in the Crosstrek. He was very knowledgeable about the car and wanted to make sure this was the right car for me. Everyone from the sales manager, to the finance department was nothing but helpful. I left the dealership knowing that I had purchased the right car for me.

the service rep was very friendly we were waited on promptly he was very professional.even though we came in without an appointment he was able to squeeze us in and I had my car back way before the end of the day. I would definatley go back to this dealership to have my car serviced again.

Good service
My appointment included taking care of a recall plus maintenance and an oil change. I expected to wait about three hours and had a book with me. When I arrived they immediately offered me a loaner for the day in case it would be longer. I appreciated the courtesy.

Fixing of Rear Bumper Cover Getting Detached
Person that I talked to was very cordial. He checked with the sales team or manager if this would be covered by the extended warranty that I bought when I purchased the cpo car 2 months ago. I was really hoping it is included as the reason why I bought the extended coverage is so that I won't need to shell out money if my car needs repairs. Unfortunately, it was not covered but in good faith, they replaced the bumper cover and repaired it for me for free. I am so relieved and glad that I did not drive all the way down there for nothing. And that they acknowledged that this vehicle was bought from them just 2 months ago.
