We originally ended up at this dealer because we found a car on cars.com that we wanted to test drive. They ended up not having the vehicle any more (sold), but we found a car that we hadn't originally been searching for, and it is the one we ended up buying!! They were extremely easy to work with, were very upfront about pricing (we bought a used car, and they even showed us how much they paid for it), and the whole deal didn't end up being an all day thing like we are used to! We were in and out in 3 hours!! Would DEFINITELY go there again, and will be back to use their spa services to get my USED BMW washed for FREE on Fridays!!

I was essentially blown away by the quality of this dealership. They are absolutely top notch. The cars are incredible, the facilities are state of the art-- They have amazing waiting areas with TVs, fireplaces, fish tanks, movie theater, coffee shop, and even a kids area. It is easily the highest quality dealership in NEO. I bought a used Mazda3 from them (found through cars.com), and I was treated with top-notch respect, despite not buying a more high-end car. I also got a great deal on the car itself. They have an incredible indoor inspection area so that you can view the car in detail with good lighting and without snow and cold in the winter. The staff was all incredibly friendly and make you feel welcomed. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Could not have been treated better, shopping for a used RX and found a great car at a price that was much less than I expected. Certified Pre-owned so I don't have to worry about a thing. Look forward to buying there again, sold on the dealership and on Lexus quality.
