Metro Lexus

We just purchased our Lexus in March and this was the first service appointment. We love the car! The person I called to set the appointment was courteous and professional. She got us on the schedule quickly and let us know they’d have a loaner car. Adam, that greeted and worked with us the day we went in, was just as professional and courteous, and a nice person. He explained what they were going to do (oil change and thorough inspection), and set us up with a nice loaner. Adam finished sooner than expected and we returned to the dealership to a clean car. Great experience!
