lease Pull-Ahead

The dealership and the salesperson (E. J. Borden) made the process of leasing a new car simple. They were helpful in finding a vehicle that met my needs and turning in my old vehicle and getting the new one was seamless.

Friendly and Efficient

I found the vehicle I wanted online and gave the dealership a call; Betsy took the time to go over the numbers with me and set up a test drive. When I got to the dealership, everything was ready. When I was ready to purchase, they took the time to walk me through the numbers. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, it was thorough but not a long process. The vehicle and the paperwork were ready; turning in my lease vehicle was easy and the vehicle walk-through was just the right amount of time for me.

Professional and Accommodating

The level of customer service was exceptional from the time I walked into the dealership until the time I left. Not only was Betsy wonderful but the entire team was very knowledgeable and worked out a heck of a deal for my new 2019 Terrain!
