I was in and out in under an hour and the service advisor even fixed the screen I had placed in front of the radiator to keep bugs and stones out.

Service Review

As usual, very good service. I feel my family and I are valued customers and are appreciated for the 25 plus years we have purchased Fords. Question: Does Ford offer an extended warranty beyond the extended warranty (100,00 miles) I purchased for my Flex? I am interested in considering the purchase of an additional extended warranty if available through Ford. Please advise.

Service at LIberty Ford in Solon, OH

Service visit and the Service Dept. did very well as they normally do. Pat Clarke is our main contact and he is great with which to deal. All others are helpful and pleasant too. This is one of the best, if not the best dealership, I have used for service. I live a little closer to Kent and definitely will not use the Ford dealership there due to bad experiences in the past. I put 4 stars on Facilities since the building is older and these folks really need more space. But they all do very well with it and get the job done correctly.

Wonderful experience!

The sales and finance staff at Liberty Ford in Solon, Ohio was fantastic! We felt that purchasing a vehicle was going to be very stressful. However, the entire process of buying our 2012 Ford Fusion was a truly pleasant experience. Thus far, we could not be happier with the vehicle!
