We bought a black used 2021 Ford Transit Connect that used to be a shuttle used by of Liberty Ford of Aurora. I called them to discuss an accessory that had been listed as removed from the vehicle as indicated on CarFax. I got the A-I run around. I was told many times someone (real) would be contacting me. NOTHING! I was texted by David Becker, I am assuming he's a salesman. When I asked him about this, he ghosted me. Is this how dealers represent themselves at Ford? I wish I could give less than 1 star. I have been a chevy customer all of my life and this was our first Ford. I am really sorry I bought it because of the way this dealer treats their customers. They couldn't look in their service records and give me a simple answer. I gave them the VIN# and proof of ownership. Their service manager never called us back after we left him a message. Avoid this dealership. I'm sure you can find a better deal elsewhere and deal with a group that really cares about their customers.

I had a great experience with Lionel at Liberty ford. The dealership worked with me and my needs on price and the ability to make the vehicle happen. Lionel helped me switch out cars including car seats and all other belongings . Overall, I had a really great experience and I would definitely drive the hour again in the future when in the market for a new vehicle
