I was very pleased dealing with the Sales and Finance
I was very pleased dealing with the Sales and Finance Department. Both departments were very kind and understanding of the time restraints I had in processing my purchase. Even though I believe my salesperson was new, anything he could help me with in finding information out about the vehicle, he found out one way or another and he help me set up the On-star in which I really appreciated. Although he is not listed in your Sales Department, his name is Justice Craver. To give a little background, I was dealing with another dealership that the salesperson was also new and not knowledgeable at all and didn't care if he found out the answers to my questions and was too busy on his phone to care and following the games of the day. I was there for 5 hours for no reason. The Finance Department treated us as a waste of his time because we were paying cash. So, now you understand why I appreciated the speed of getting this deal done and out the door. Alex Reed was very kind and understood where I was coming from after I explained my experience I had from the day before. Thank you very much to both of you and this dealership has won my confidence back after many years of saying I will never return. Oh, and the trade was more than fair and there was no finagling back and forth. I really appreciate that!

So, it was an easy decision to move forward with the purchase. Matt Nagy is the best service provider. I bring my finances suv to Tim lally. I traded in my Silverado for a ram. I honestly hate that I don’t have a Chevy anymore. I think you have to best service department I ever went to
