Horrible got all of our paperwork messed up.

Horrible got all of our paperwork messed up. They said they paid off our loan and disposition fee. Then we got letters saying it wasn’t paid. So they asked us to pay it and they would reimburse us. We paid then turns out they paid it so we have to wait over the holidays for our money back. They have been very rude to us do during this whole ordeal! Never buying there again. I will return my lease to another dealership not there. Brady a sales manager is a rude a**%## towards my wife.

I leased a Crosstrek here in November and my sales person

I leased a Crosstrek here in November and my sales person was Janice Huang. She was absolutely wonderful every step of the way. She explained all the features of my new car and even had my deal ready for me when I arrived. Just a few signatures with Jordan the finance manager and I was out the door. I will be back in 3 years to lease here again and will be recommending this dealership and Janice to everyone I know. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Husband went in for oil change with our ‘22 Subaru

Husband went in for oil change with our ‘22 Subaru Outback and came home with a ‘25 Subaru Outback! Our sales rep, Pat, was great, helpful personable and very professional. Service team has always been great, finance dept makes sure everything is smooth and seamless.
