Easiest new car shopping experience

It was the easiest new car shopping experience I've ever had. The process went smoothly, no pressure, no stress and all of our questions were answered. Our salesman (Kevin) was a pleasure to work with and he knew his product, too!

Subaru Oil change

Good job by all, however cashiers seemed a bit unfriendly. Getting to this website for the review was not as straightforward as it should be.

I wanted to buy a car from them.

I went to the website. Told them that I wanted to buy a car from them. I was will to immediately wire the money. I am the caregiver for two elderly parents and was willing to travel, but my brother was being a pain about me leaving him with my mother. It was over 400 miles. I wanted to ship it, but hadn't gotten to that yet. On the website chatting I was told I would be given a call back to arrange for everything. They didn't call. I called them back in a few hours. They sent me to a voicemail. AND they didn't call back. And don't tell me that it was sold. It was two days BEFORE it was sold. I HAD the money. So frustrating that they would not help me. I was on the website again for a long time last nigh and the lady said that everything would be taken care of in the morning. NOPE. It wasn't. They sold it TODAY. I am really disappointed. I was looking for a long time. And they probably go to church on the next Sunday. YUCK! And this was the SECOND place that did this to me. Car dealerships. YUCK!

Very poor and rude behaviour

I did the car service and oil plug fell down and oil leaked and car shutdown and stuck in car for more than 2 hours in the center of road with small kid. When i complaint about that manager was too rude and un professional. Never recomend to go this dealer ever. Never saw worst than this ever in my life

Shop here first!

We were looking for a very specific color VW Beetle Convertible. Found one, but the dealer sold it from under us. Saw this one, but at 1500mi away it was a stretch. Jay did a great job. He even setup the delivery of the vehicle, right to my front door! Thanks to the entire staff that was involved.

They Do Not Know What Is Going On

I was looking at a used car this dealer had for sale. I called to make sure the vehicle was still available and to find out what time they closed. This was important information because I live more than an hour away and wanted to make sure I was not wasting my time. I talked to a sales person and asked about the vehicle. The sales person asked when I would be coming and if I would like them to get the car ready for a test drive. I said I would be there that day, but was unsure exactly what time I would be there. The sales person informed me which lot the car was at. When I got there, after having driven more than an hour to look at the car, I could not find it on the lot. I went in to the showroom and asked where the car was. It was at this point I was informed that the car had been sold, and apparently had been sold days prior. When I asked why they didn't tell me this BEFORE I drove for more than an hour they had no explanation and did not offer an apology. In fact, the sales person I talked to was very stand-offish, rude and dismissive of the fact that I had wasted three hours (driving there and back home and searching for the car that was not there) of my time. Not to mention the disappointment of discovering the car I wanted was no longer available. Needless to say, I would not do business with this dealership because of their complete disregard and lack of concern for other people's time and their obviously shoddy business practices when it comes to knowing what is going on with their own inventory. There are plenty of good car dealerships out there who treat people fairly and with respect, this is not one of them.

Upon a visit to the Service Department, was greeted by Cathy Moye. She was extremely friendly, and wanted to assist with the problem. Cannot ask for better service than what I received on December 20, 2017!

Worst car buying experience ever!!, avoid Vince Romito!!

I purchase 2 new vehicles at the same time, over 90K spent and my salesman Vince was the worst, all he cared about was getting the sales on the board and on to the next victim, the car was delivered with the shipping film all over the paint, I had to keep calling them to find out about them locating my truck and just now had a question about the free oil changes and him nor the 2 sales managers has ever called me back, I will never buy another care here again and I would warm people out there to avoid Vince at all costs!!!! no one at this place cares after the sale

Greedy, terrible dealership

Have dealt with this dealership for 15 years & have leased 12 vehicles. They in no way would work with me the salesman told me I was at least $100 off on pymt for every vehicle I gave him. I called back spoke to manager who also refused to work with me after telling him Falls Motor City could do it, his response was "If you want to believe the lies they tell you, go ahead". I went over to FALLS MOTOR CITY & was given everything I was promised. Great dealership, would recommend to EVERYONE. BRUNSWICK AUTO MART you SUCK & should look at your reviews on yelp, consider new management & sales people in the JEEP department. Maybe take some training from FALLS MOTOR CITY on how to be a great dealership.
