The coffee machine was not working in the waiting area. And I wish they would text u when your car is ready in case u go outside and get air. But, everyone is really nice here. I was there for a recall and when I showed up I notified them of a couple more issues in which they had no trouble taking care of. And it was done quicker than what I was originally told. The car was washed. Also, while waiting, my sales rep (Cookie) recognized me and came over and asked about my family and asked if I needed any snacks or anything while I waited.

I leased one car there so went back there again. I like Subaru and the wilderness package.

I always experience great customer service at this location, and that is why I have always driven there from Rocky River instead of to the North Olmsted location.

Everyone is always polite and very helpful. The waiting area is always clean and they provide water coffee and snacks.

Great experience. Needed a second opinion on a recommendation from Conrad's to replace front brakes. There was no charge for the evaluation and recommended that they be replaced after an additional 6,000 miles. I was relieved and will return to service my Subaru with Brunswick Auto Mart.
