Unlike past experiences with this dealership, our recent lease of a 2024 Toyota Highlander was a disappointing experience due to a myriad of missteps by the sales personnel with whom we dealt. Suffice it to say that we wanted a white car and ended up out of frustration with the ever-changing information we were given, leasing a black Highlander for $400 more than our original Lease Buyers agreement was for the same white XLE model. Senior citizens beware!

Employees were attentive, courteous and polite. They've communicated service details very well. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. Service was done quickly and at reasonable price. I have and will continue getting service at that dealership.
