My overall experience at Ron Marhofer Hyundai was positive. Breanna Brunswick was very helpful and not pushy at all. She was professional, yet friendly, and made the experience smoother than expected. The dealership is clean and impressive, and the staff was friendly. It would recommend this dealership to others. My only criticisms are that the floor mats were missing from my car and I had to wait a considerable amount of time for the Finance Department.

My wife and I went into Ron Marhofer Hyundai with an idea of what sort of vehicle we were looking for but still willing to have an open mind. We were instantly greeted upon entering the store and matched up with Steven McGee. Steven took the time to ask a few questions about our needs and wants to help him get to know us. Right from the start, Steven made us feel comfortable. (My wife was really impressed) He made us feel like we could be honest and ask questions throughout the entire process without him trying to pressure us into a sale...something we truly appreciated. After getting to know us and our budget needs, Steven was able to help us find a car that was in our budget (for much less than we anticipated). Though it wasn't the vehicle we original came in thinking about, Steven never once made us feel like we didn't have an option. He laid out the price and details for both vehicles and let us make a decision that we were comfortable with. After deciding to purchase, Steven was great about going over all the details of the car and making sure we had any and all questions answered while still respecting our time. We only have wonderful things to say about Steven, his sales manager, and Mark (finance). They made our experience fantastic from start to finish and we've already started telling family and friends about the experience.
