Thank you Michael, Ben, and Richard for your assistance helping me make this BIG step into new used vehicle-dom. Richard greeted me (in the wrong parking area) friendly and helpful letting me know the show room and customer assistance were in the other building He showed me how to browse the lot and get the info on vehicles that appealed to me. Micheal greeted me as I entered the show room making me feel welcome. The next hour or so he encouraged me to ask questions (and answered them) as we navigated towards a ‘deal’. Ben was efficient and eased the process of paper work. All were helpful, good natured and pleasant. They eased my anxiety with all aspects of the process. The last time I was in this situation was 2009 when I bought my new Aveo! (Loved that little car! ) Y’all worked well with me and I appreciate that. So thank you. They reassured me to give them a call if, needs be, I would have future questions. I wish I would have rung that bell in the lobby indicating excellent service!

I purchased a 10-year-old used vehicle from the dealership and after driving it home to New York I have had to put thousands of dollars into it to repair it. When I contacted the dealer about an issue, I was having they pretty much said and not so many words that they could do nothing. The sales person Casey was amazing and I don’t blame him for anything. I just feel like the dealer should’ve stepped it up, especially when there was a problem less than a day after me purchasing the car.

I usually buy cars at a distance because my market isn't competitive for buyers. I focus on 1-2 years old/low mileage (to avoid the big depreciation hit) and I did the same with Ron Marhofer Hyundai, which was about 3 hours away from my house. I want to give 5 stars to this shop and to my salesman, Michael Baldwin. He handled my deal over email, had the car pulled up and my paperwork ready when I got on site, and was always communicative and professional. My career involves a lot of transactional work, and I'd bring him on my team in a heartbeat due to his organization, professionalism, and attitude. Really easy and nice people to work with. Though I would say a few of their fees as far as maintenance goes are really high even just for diagnosis for even smaller things. But they have always been a pleasure to work with.
