Called Gary- helped us with several questions we had
Called Gary- helped us with several questions we had about the truck. His daughter was getting married on Saturday so he connected us with Mike Anderson who was every bit as helpful. We arranged to fly in from California as this vehicle had the features we had been looking for for quite a while. We flew in to Cleveland. Mike picked us up the next morning. We were greeted by Gary and several others on staff. The finance department had the paperwork ready for our signatures very quickly. We were out the door in a couple hours. I forgot my jacket and Mike even sent it to me in California, as well as contacting us daily on our trip home. We had a very enjoyable experience purchasing our new "old" pickup! They all treated us like family and made it easy. We enjoyed our long but fast trip home in our 2016 Ford F250!!!
