We recently had Varsity repair the damages to our Corsair that were the result of a fender bender. We couldn’t be more pleased. The price was right, they finished the work right on schedule and when we picked up the car it was like we were driving a brand new vehicle. They did a great job cleaning it up, inside and out.

This is my second purchase of a used vehicle from Varsity
This is my second purchase of a used vehicle from Varsity Lincoln, so after 12 years, it was time of me to purchase a new vehicle even though my first car could probably last a few more years. My salesperson was Conor and I came in and test drove the vehicle on a Thursday evening and was able to drive off the lot on Saturday. During the time the staff was very professional and courtesy and Jere the general manager was welcoming to my little person who tagged along. My overall experience was great from beginning to the end and I will be returning for all vehicle needs in the future and will be referring.

I was looking for a specific car that I could not find in
I was looking for a specific car that I could not find in or around Colorado. I reached out to Varsity and to my Suprise I was treated very well. I was able to purchase the car I wanted sight unseen, Jerry the Manager and Josh my salesman were very helpful in my purchase. I was able to make the trip out there and my expectations were beyond met!!! On a side note, be careful of Jerry, don't take your wife or girlfriend. God blessed him with good looks, height, personality and money!!! He's the real deal!!! Thankyou for meeting and exceeding my expectations. I would make the trip again and definitely suggest doing business with them!!!

We had been using Varsity Lincoln Mercury to service our
We had been using Varsity Lincoln Mercury to service our Ford,Lincoln and Mercury vehicles for 30 years. When our 2023 Edge ST which was purchased new in Port Huron developed a severe water leak in the right front passenger compartment I made a service appointment at Varsity that was two weeks out. A few days later it was raining and the car was leaking badly with water dripping out of the lower dashboard onto the floor. I swung into the dealership so they could see the leak in progress. The service adviser looked at it and told me I have to take it back to the selling dealer because it was an ST model and they don't have the tools to work on it. Being a retired Ford engineer I knew this was was not true. The Ford Edge ST and the Lincoln Nautilus are built on the same platform. Needless to say I took it to Serra Ford in Farmington and they repaired a leaking body seem. This experience has cost Varsity a longtime customer since I will be no longer be using Varsity for any of my service needs.

Picture this.
Picture this... female going to a car dealership, out of state, to look at a CPO vehicle. What could go wrong? IF you go to VARSITY LINCOLN in Novi, MI the answer is absolutely NOTHING will go wrong!!! The entire experience was wonderful. From talking with Lisa on the phone to ensure the vehicle I was interested in was still available, to meeting with Sam J. the following day as well as the Sales Manager Jere. While a friend made the trip with me, I was the potential purchaser. The car I was interested in was pulled up when I got there... was met at the door and welcomed within about 15 seconds, and every interaction was genuine. Even spending time with Mike, the finance guy was pleasant. The entire team's approach is NOT a high-pressure tactic approach, but definitely one where they wanted to ensure I was making a well informed and best decision for me and my needs. Each person focused on 'me' as the buyer and talked to 'me' and not at the male friend that accompanied me. This, in itself, is rare... and pert near any female that has gone to buy a car has felt at one time or another. My trade in was evaluated and a very honest and fair value was assessed. How the breakdown of the total cost was reviewed on screen (none of that sliding a piece of paper across the table with numbers scribbled down) and Sam even helped me evaluate several different options (downpayment and terms). Jere checked in on us several times during our visit and ensured I knew that he was there for me. While I do live about 120 miles away... and likely will not get routine service done at Varsity... Jere made sure I knew that if I ever have an issue at any Lincoln dealership during service, I am to call him directly and he will be there to help me. During my time there, I never felt rushed, or even pushed to go look at more expensive 'new' cars. This is my 11th or 12th car.... and the best experience out of all of them Varsity Lincoln in Novi, MI does have my ongoing business, and I will continue to recommend this team to family and friends.
