Great selection of Lincolns and great service

Ben Leece was one of the best car salesmen I've worked with. Lisa Damico was very helpful as well. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. They are committed to good customer service e.g. someone calls after each visit to ensure you were satisfied. Any time we had questions or concerns, Ben was quick to respond. This was our 3rd Lincoln we have purchased over the past 6 years , but the first from Varsity. Even though it is an hour drive for us , we'll definitely work with them again for our next vehicle. While the New Car department looked spacious and modern, the User Car department is in a pretty small and cramped space with little privacy. For a luxury brand dealership, it could use a little upgrade.

Best buying experience ever!

Steve in finance and Mario in sales helped with the purchase of my parents new car. Never stepped foot in the dealership and had the car delivered to their door about 800 miles away. Have bought as fair share of vehicles over the years. This was the easiest and completely hassle free. Deal was made within 30 minutes over a few phone calls. Car arrived on time. Parents are ecstatic. The new and easiest way to buy a car. Varsity Lincoln has the system perfected. Thank you for all your help and kindness. You are an awesome team!

Very pleasant experience. Sales people and finance people were very kind, helpful and eager to please. Donna Buchan was very thorough and efficient along with being very pleasant and informative. Second car I have purchased from her! On top of all that, the owner took time to introduce himself and make sure all our needs were met. Nice touch!

Picking up the car �� tomorrow! So far, Mario has been good! Some questions remain to be answered. Not enough time to read through all the paperwork, so took home to read before pickup.

Very positive experience from start to finish beginning with customer service rep Linda B., sales rep Ben, and financing with Steven. Beautiful well kept facility. Although I live in Lansing, I will be making the trip to have my vehicle serviced with Varsity Lincoln in Novi.

No cars present that are listed. Upselling.

Called about several vehicles listed, ready to purchase, all gone/sold. Offered to sell me other and older models all for more money, represented one as being a year newer than it was. All I spoke with were polite, so there is that. Disappointed, time wasted.
