Have been taking my VW cars to Vyletel for over 10 years and have always had great customer service. I mainly deal with David...great service and always keeps me up to date on repairs.

Quickest and easiest buy ever! In Friday night for an hour, with Al, called me next morning approved. Everyone was so friendly and I totally recommend them.

Very accommodating dealership. They were very open about the known history of the vehicle. They ensured I was happy with the vehicle when I inspected it before purchase.

I have bought many cars over the years and the people at Vyletel are the best!!! They had a great selection of Certified vehicles. From start to finish a very easy process.

Went to the used car department to look for a car for my husband. Sebastian Stellino came out, only to introduce himself to my husband ONLY! He continually ignored me the whole time we were there. Even when I asked questions, I was ignored. He wouldn't even look at me!! We went to sign paperwork, and I wasn't even offered a seat. I personally will be in the market for a new car in a few months and I will NOT be buying from here, and I will purposefully tell people to not go there. I am completely disgusted with the utter lack of general human respect!! The only reason for the 2 starts, instead of 1, was because Greg Merrill in the finance department was absolutely amazing!!! Very attentive and thorough with his explanations of everything.

My title says it all. I dealt with Donnie Jr, and he was fantastic! He covered everything from pricing to my service schedule. I will be sending everyone here!

I inquired about a used car that I saw online & was introduced to Tony Gianfermi. I live in Vermont & Tony wasn't scared of my inquiry. In short, within a short time a deal was brokered and the car was shipped from Michigan to Vermont. It was the most pleasant car buying experience. Tony was a true gentlemen and extremely trustworthy & honest. I would definitely work with him again in the future. Thank you Tony!!

I bought the car from this dealer with lots of positive assurance about after sale. The very next week the broke down & it’s all negative responses. The car is also not in good condition. I better suggest to go for a Private party than this dealer .

First let me say I haven't purchased a vehicle since 1993 so when I emailed and inquired about the car I was interested in I was contacted by Eric one of the used car salesmen. He answered all my questions . After thinking about it over the weekend I contacted him again and asked it he could hold the car for me to come in and look at it and he did. I had a very good relaxing experience at this dealership and Greg the business manager was also helpful in the purchasing of my car. But I would have loved a full tank of gas....

I am highly disappointed with the Sales Rep and this Dealership. I was told things and they did NOT deliver. Do not use this dealership. They will say anything to make a sale.
