My wife and I recently purchased a Ford Flex from Montrose Ford. Tim Krupp was our salesman and he really did a good job of explaining the vehicle and warranty to us. I will reccomend Montrose Ford and Tim Krupp to my friends.

Finally found my car at Montrose!

After months of hunting online for my next new (well, used) vehicle I found it at Montrose Ford in Fairlawn on their pre-owned lot thru Cars.com. My salesman, Alvin Tam, is a new member on their team but was pure professional thru out the process. He was courteous and knowledgeable. The people were great to work with and I think I bought the car in record time. No fuss, no muss. I drove away with a good quality and meticulously clean used car and a great warranty to boot. Answered all my questions and left me feeling great about my purchase. I am still hunting for another car for the wife and if the right vehicle shows up there I won't hesitate to take my business back to them. Thx.

Montrose Ford

Our salesperson, Brittany Faix, was THE best experience with the Montrose Ford dealership. While I did find a car I am happy with, Brittany made the entire experience measurably better than it would have been without her. Brittany is extraordinarily kind, friendly and sweet. She is a true asset to the dealership and they should count themselves lucky to have her. She had a very good understanding of what we were looking for and knowledge of what she was selling us. She was not the typical salesperson trying to shove us into something we did not want or need, instead she worked to find something we would be happy with and able to afford. If there was ever an honest to goodness sales person Brittany would fit the bill. She kept a very personable conservation going on throughout the transaction making us feel as thought we were buying from a trusted friend rather than a complete stranger. After the purchase was made she continued to keep contact while the finer details were ironed out between myself and the dealership to ensure that she personally finished the sale. She is an exceptional sales person and person all around. Thank you for everything Brittany!

Good Experience

First time in a very long time that I have purchased a new car, and Montrose Ford and my sales person, Dave Miller, made it a good experience for me! He was very nice and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I got the deal and car I wanted! I would recommend this dealership and in particular, Dave Miller to anyone! When my lease is up, I plan on going back to Dave to get another car!

Absolutely Fabulous!!.

My Sales member, Henry Baker, was nothing but kind to my husband and myself the entire time. We are self employed and presented him with a challenging case. He NEVER tried to put us into a car that we didn't want or couldn't afford. He worked hard for three days and was able to get us into the Escape we wanted, and was able to afford!! He and the team at Montrose will be recommended by us to anyone we know of looking to buy a new car!!

Great experience - Kyle was awesome to work with

My wife and I were looking for a 2011 or newer CPO Ford Mustang with less than 30,000 miles. We had a TERRIBLE experience at Kerry Ford in Cincinnati, where we live, and decided to drive up to Akron to give Montrose Ford a look, since they had a car that matched our specs in stock. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by smiling faces and excellent service. Kyle was our salesperson, rode with us on our test drive and was truly amazing. he even took out of his way to see LeBron's house knowing we weren't from the area. Just an amazing experience overall. Though it is a 3.5 hr drive from our house, Montrose has earned our future business.
