I came in for an oil change. It can be a little nerve racking your first time in. From the moment I pulled in to leaving it was a very inviting feeling. Kind, easy process and time spent on my car was perfect! Couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Thank you

Very Unprofessional!
Very Unprofessional!! Salesmen Loay Mansour and Sales manager Alex Chernov, both gave me false information !! Gave me many stories and lied then texted me with a threat stating, " I better not see anything negative about my name anywhere".

I understand waiting on parts but the communication was
I understand waiting on parts but the communication was very poor for the length of time my vehicles was there although money was deducted from my bill. A loaner vehicle was not offered for my inconvenience. I had to reschedule several doctor appointments from September 30 to October 17, 2022.

Service Representative Eric is excellent. I have been going to the Highland Park department for years. They serviced my Jeep Wrangler and later my Dodge Journey. Fantastic service on both. Eric has been knowledgeable, and supportive, and provided great customer service. The staff is helpful, the department is clean.

Its a trap
First they put wrong part a transfer case that wasnt the issue, then said the new part (rear-end ) would be in that Thursday, 6 weeks later they finally had my car ready after I called manager .. then they left a clamp hanging and cut and pulled out my electrical system for trailer hitch....Now getting new wiring ,I called the dealer to let them know what his guys did and ill send the bill, said they think they will review it. .Nothing good to say about the head mechanic He was rude never would I send my enemies there.

Ordered a new 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie through this...
Ordered a new 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie through this dealership. Don’t go through this dealership! Service was terrible. When I figured out that there were issues with my new vehicle they told me to call Chrysler. Chrysler sent me back to the sales Dept/ the sales rep who helped me. I then asked for a manager, I was ignored. Was recommended there by a good friend of the dealer. The sales rep who took care of me clearly was more focused on retirement over aiding me with my new vehicles issues. I still haven’t gotten anything resolved after a month of owning the new Ram. If I could give them a 0/5 stars I would.
