Outstanding Dealership!!
Last year I purchased an Impala through Buckeye financial and Wally Armour. I didn't have the best credit, but was able to still get a car. Jeff helped us and was wonderful through the whole process. Unfortunately the Impala had several issues. During the 1st 2 issues we had our family mechanic fix the impala. But then two weeks ago, the Impala broke down again. I called Wally Amrour and we took the Impala in to get serviced. But to our complete shock, Jeff called me and said they want to help us out! Jeff worked all day and was able to get a great deal for us. We traded the Impala in for a 2013 Chrysler 200. I was completly shocked they were able to help us like this. This Chrysler is exactly what me and my family needed. The process was SIMPLE, painless, and stress free. We were in and out! Jeff and everyone at the dealership was so nice and helpful. We are so grateful and happy!! I highly recommend you calling Wally armour today!!! Jeff will help you find exactly what you are looking for! Very impressed
I am very impressed with this dealership. We bought an 03 impala 1 yr 6 months ago through wally Armour buckeye financial. Jeff helped us there and we were happy. But unfortunately the impala had several issues while we had it. The first 2 times we had a family mechanic help us. (To save money) but then last week the impala broke down again. Same issues we previously had. I ended up taking it to wally Armour expecting a giant bill. First the service department helped us by towing our car from Akron to them! The service department was nice and very helpful. To our surprise Jeff called and let us know that his manager told him to try to get us traded out of the impala. We were shocked. This doesn't happen does it?? Yes it does when you have a company that cares for their customers. We were able to get traded in a better car. We are so beyond grateful and happy. You better believe all of our cars will be from wally Armour. My family has had a long history buying from them and that won't change either! Thank you so much guys!!!!

Fantastic Experience!
This is the second car we've purchased from Wally Armour and it won't be the last! We had a great experience and appreciate them going out of their way to be open on Labor Day as that was the only day my husband and I had enough time to look at cars. It was extremely convenient. Our salesman, Gene Paina was no pressure, kind and very helpful and I've already recommended him to several friends looking to buy a new car. Excellent Experience!
A HUGE thank you to Wally Armour for being open on Labor Day! We realize the sacrifice your employees made to be open on the holiday and we are so thankful that you were accommodating to my family's busy and hectic schedule. It was the only day my husband and I had enough time to look at cars with a purchase as the end result. We had very specific things we were looking for....price range, third row seat, low mileage, something sharp looking with good gas mileage. Wally Armour had a great inventory and had a car with EVERYTHING we were looking for. We fell in love with the first car we looked at and our salesman, Gene Paina was amazing. He was so kind and helpful and honest and made this huge purchase an enjoyable experience for us. He earned our respect immediately as a hassle free, no pressure salesman. We've already recommended him to several people and wouldn't hesitate to do it again & again!
