We purchased a van a few years ago and we liked the sales and finance team so much that we went back for another vehicle. Bill Vanhorn and "the tall skinny guy" took very good care of us each time. The only reason I didn't give full stars is because the paperwork is a nightmare. We spent about an hour or so with the sales team and then about 2 hours waiting to sign papers and then another hour signing papers. But we got the vehicles we wanted and we're happy with our purchases
